If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Refund and Returns Policy is designed to ensure you can return or exchange your items easily.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days from the date of purchase. If more than 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Refunds

Gifts
If the jewelry was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you. If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will issue a refund to the gift giver.
Shipping for Returns
You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
